How do I set up my profile?

When you first open the app, you'll be guided through a short onboarding process. You'll select your age group, qualifications (veteran, student, first responder, educator), and your city and state. This personalizes your discount feed.

How do I update my location or qualifications?

Go to the Profile tab → tap Edit next to your location, or tap Delete Profile & Start Over to redo onboarding completely.

Why am I not seeing discounts near me?

Make sure location permission is enabled. Go to iPhone Settings → Ledger Scout → Location → While Using the App.

How do I save a discount?

Tap the heart ♡ on any discount card to save it to your Favorites tab so you can easily come back to it.

How do I add a membership card to my Wallet?

Go to the Wallet tab and tap + Add Membership Card.

How do I report a discount that is outdated or incorrect?

Tap Report issue at the bottom of any discount card. You can also email us directly.

The Nearby tab isn't showing stores. Why?

Make sure location permission is enabled and tap the ↻ refresh button. If you're in a rural area, stores may be further than 40 miles away.

How is my data handled?

All your personal information — name, age, qualifications, and location — is stored only on your device. We never sell, share, or transmit your data to any server.
